The concept of putting up a horse and rider for the night seems novel today, but in fact it dates back at least two millennia. Until a century ago most British hotels, pubs and even farms would think it perfectly normal to house a rider and their horse.
Elsewhere this has long-since vanished, but such age-old hospitality lingers on in the Brecon Beacons. We have a network of accommodation providers happy to make sureboth you and your horse have a comfortable night and are fresh for the trail first thing in the morning.
